[廚記] 台灣人做的台灣原汁原味香菇滷肉飯



To be honest, after having the meeting late then arrived home at 20:40, was thinking about opening the freezer to get something to be done for a quick bite
老實說,今天因為開會比較晚下班,一直到晚上八點四十才到家,本來打開冰箱只是想拿些食材隨便做點吃的果腹就好



Then....Saw the pork belly which bought from REWE during Peggy's stay which planned to make her the Taiwanese braised pork rice, while in the end had no chance eating at home....
然後…..該死的看到了這塊放在冷藏室退冰、這次Peggy過來找我時逛REWE超市買了想做台灣滷肉飯給她吃的五花肉,因為那幾天行程太豐富以致于根本沒機會在家做這頓飯給她吃….

Before I need to throw it to the bin, here we go....
為了不暴殄天物放它到壞掉,我只好….

First, sliced the pork, you could also use minced pork to make this dish, while the taste would not be this good for using sliced ones, if you don't believe, next time take a close look for how they make this braised pork rice outside in Taiwanese food stands.
首先需要將五花肉一條一條地切絲,雖然很搞剛,但是這是沒有辦法省略的步驟,當然你也可以直接買絞肉來做,不過做好的口感會跟切絲的相差很多,不信的話,下次你在台灣路邊攤吃道地的滷肉飯的時候,注意一下這些食神們是怎麼處理滷肉飯醬料的豬肉















Now my problem comes....
Who's gonna finish this huge portion of Taiwanese braised pork sauce......
